New ID numbers
Make sure you check your Verizon benefits to see if your coverage is correct and all your dependants are covered.
Make sure your doctors have the new ID number, or your claims will be rejected.
We have many new doctors coming onboard, so if your doctor wants to get the word out, have them give us a call.
